The ₹49 fee unlocks personalised matches instantly, so orders cannot be cancelled once results are delivered.

When you get a refund

You are eligible for a full refund if you were charged but did not receive your matches, were charged twice, or a technical error on our side prevented delivery.

How to request

Email ashersfintechai@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9030402043 within 7 days of payment with your registered WhatsApp number and Razorpay payment ID.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Not refundable

Rejection of a card or loan application by a bank or lender, since approval is solely their decision.
