1. About the service

Asher Fintech AI is a matching platform that suggests credit card and personal loan options from partner banks and lenders based on the details you share. We are not a bank or lender and do not approve, issue or guarantee any card or loan.

2. Eligibility & accuracy

You must be 18 years or older and an Indian resident. You agree that the information you submit is true and complete. Matches are indicative only; final approval is decided solely by the bank or lender.

3. ₹49 unlock fee

The one-time ₹49 fee unlocks your personalised matches and official application links. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

4. Creator program

Creators earn ₹11 per successful paid referral. Self-referrals, fake leads or misuse lead to forfeiture of earnings and account suspension.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse, copy, resell or attempt to disrupt the platform or access areas you are not authorised for.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fee you paid. We are not responsible for decisions, charges or terms set by third-party banks or lenders.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh having jurisdiction.
